Q: Will you sponsor my event ?
A: Depending on what the event is. And if we have ever heard of it or heard of you.
Q: When will my deck ship?
A: If you ordered a deck thats instock (Not Customized) it ships usually in 1-4 Business days. If you ordered a custom deck they ship out in 2-4 weeks depending on how busy we are.
Q: Can i exchange or return my product
A: Returns are not accepted at this time
Q: My product is defective can i get a refund ?
A: I will gladly fix or replace any item, Just send it back and i'll take care of the rest (Note all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the buyer)
Q: My package shipped but it hasn't arrived yet?
A: Please give 5-14 business days in the US. And 5-25 business days international (Remeber I can't control the mail)
Q: It's been 5-14 days or 5-25 days waiting for my package will i recivce a refund for my lost goods?
A: The buyer takes full responsibility of the address provided on Paypal.
Q: My package is lost in the mail will it be replaced or refunded ?
A: I take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
